Is a credit card required?

No, you don't need to provide any card information to use the free plan. Payments will be done upon your choice starting from the standard plan.

When will the invoice be sent?

We will send an invoice 15 days after payment, between 05:00 - 13:00 (UTC). The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address and you can see your past invoices from your account at any time.

Important note: No refund is possible after the invoice has been created and sent.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can ask for a refund within 24 hours without giving any reason. if you already made a payment and then started using the service then you requested a refund, we will deduct the usage from the refund amount and you'll get the rest of the amount as a refund. If you made a payment and you did not use the services you'll get a full refund.

We won't charge anything else for your usage, but if your bank charges a fee, we can't do anything about it and you shall contact your bank.
