Is a credit card required?

No, you don’t need to provide any card information to use the free plan. Payments are made at your discretion, starting from the standard plan.

When will the invoice be sent?

We will send an invoice 15 days after payment, between 05:00 - 13:00 (UTC). The invoice will be sent to your email address, and you can view your past invoices in your account at any time.

Important note: Refunds are not possible after an invoice has been created and sent.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund within 24 hours without providing a reason. If you have already made a payment and used the service before requesting a refund, the usage will be deducted from the refund amount, and you will receive the remaining balance. If you made a payment but did not use the service, you will receive a full refund.

We do not charge any additional fees for your usage, but if your bank applies any charges, we are unable to intervene. In such cases, please contact your bank.
